Wild Hearts S Is Now Available On Nintendo Switch 2
This week, KOEI TECMO Europe and developer Omega Force invite all aspiring hunters to experience WILD HEARTS S, which is now available exclusively on Nintendo Switch™ 2. A free public demo is also available for solo play or multiplayer with up to three other hunters. In WILD HEARTS S, players must master an ancient technology called “Karakuri” (automaton) to hunt giant beasts across a fantasy world inspired by feudal Japan. Aspiring hunters will be able to craft and combine a wide variety of “Karakuri” to create a wide range of items, such as beast-piercing blades, shields or traps. To help them in their hunt, fans will also be able to craft equipment and weapons, from common weapons, such as “Nodachi” and “Bow”, to the more unique “Karakuri Katana” and “Bladed Wagasa”, each with its own characteristics. Wild Hearts’ Second April Update Introducing New Volatile Kemono Now Live
The latest free post-launch content update for EA Originals and KOEI TECMO’s AAA hunting game, WILD HEARTS, is now live! Introducing a new breed of Volatile Kemono – the Deathhaze Gloombeak – hunters must face the fowl-inspired beast before its toxins take over and destroy Akikure Canyon. After a successful battle, hunters will not only receive the glorious title of Deathhaze Exorciser, but will also unlock a new Toxic Shock talisman skill to damage the health of poisoned Kemono. The update also brings Serial Hunts, a new special quest for players to hunt a series of Kemono within a set time period without the ability to draw from healing water wells. Hunters can earn rewards and unlock new chat stamps and emotes from each winning round, or risk receiving nothing at all if they fail at any stage of the quest. Wild Hearts’ Largest Post-Launch Update Brings New Kemono & Karakuri On April 6
EA Originals and KOEI TECMO revealed that the first April post-launch content update for its AAA hunting game, WILD HEARTS, is set to go live on April 6 PT. Introducing an entirely new Kemono species, the wind-wielding Murakumo, players will encounter this fox-type threat as spring is sprung in Azuma. The mighty Murakumo courses through the air on sakura blossom platforms and has the ability to create a multitude of menacing, petal-manipulating attacks. If players get too close, the vulpine beast’s thunderous tornado could leave them unconscious. Hunters can fight against this beast with the new Spinning Top Fusion Karakuri. Gaining speed and power as it hits each obstacle, the Spinning Top closes in to deliver an effective assault and can even stagger an attacking Kemono. Introducing a steeped-in-mystery Kemono subspecies, the wolf-type Grimstalker, players will encounter this new threat on the Natsukodachi Isle. Kin to the fearsome Deathstalker, the mighty Grimstalker has the ability to manipulate both searing flames and surging seas. With attacks spanning two elements, hunters will want to use Elemental Lanterns to help combat this unique prey’s molten rocks and powerful waves. Hunters can also now forge new weapons from Grimstalker materials – some capable of blows that rend heaven and earth asundar, the others combining Kemono brawn with human brains to make formidable weapons.
