During the Genkidamatsuri event, it’s been announced that DRAGON BALL: Sparking! Zero will receive new content in the form of a DLC coming this year. In addition to new characters that will be revealed later, the game will receive new costumes, stages and modes. Super 17, Bardock (Super Saiyan) and King Piccolo are among the upcoming characters. The theme song for this new DLC will be performed by Hironobu Kageyama. This marks his first time in 18 years contributing a theme song to content related to the Dragon Ball Z: Sparking! series, with both the lyrics and composition handled by Kageyama himself.
