Milestone today unveiled Kagawa-Kai, the final team to join the Screamer roster, completing the lineup of 15 characters ready to battle in the biggest street racing tournament ever. Kagawa-Kai is one of the most notorious criminal organisations, a family that preys on young people with troubled backgrounds, dragging them into a life of crime.

The group is led by Noboru Sato, a legendary racer once feared as the greatest Screamer on the planet, whose comeback alone is enough to strike fear into the other participants. Keiji Sato, his older brother, joins the tournament eager to get more recognition within the organisation despite always being second-best to Noboru, the squad is completed by the young and cocky Akemi Nomura.

Together, they form a team bound by complex loyalties, racing not for fame or money but for something far more important: family.

Scheduled for release in 2026, Screamer will be available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
