Players will embark on a perilous journey to confront the Witness, who has corrupted the Traveler and plans to enact its Final Shape. Narrated by Nathan Fillion as Cayde-6, the late Hunter recounts his experience in this harrowing landscape, beckoning Guardians to gather and take on this blight. Destiny 2: The Final Shape launches on June 5, 2024 AEST/NZST, reaching a pinnacle moment in the Light and Darkness saga. Those that pre-order the expansion will automatically unlock rewards such as the new Pyramid-themed Exotic ship, an Exotic Ghost, and two pre-order emblems. On Wednesday, August 24th, Bungie will stream their Destiny 2 Showcase, and unveil the next expansion in the Light and Darkness saga: Lightfall, reveal Season 18, feature the Arc 3.0 subclass update, and more. Bungie has released a new dungeon in Destiny 2: Duality. Guardians dive into the warring mindscapes of the exiled Cabal Emperor Calus to pull off a daring mind-heist and steal his darkest secrets. Guardians have a chance to earn dungeon-specific loot such as new Legendary armor and weapons, an Exotic weapon and catalyst, and more. Those brave enough to finish the dungeon during the Season of the Haunted can purchase the Hakke Deep Explorer Hoodie and Thoughtstealer Pin via the Bungie Store. Those looking to delve into the Duality dungeon can do so through the purchase of The Witch Queen Digital Deluxe Edition or the The Witch Queen Dungeon Key for 2,000 Silver. Both purchases include Duality as well as the dungeon coming in Season 19.
