Season of the Infernal Hordes is now live! Featuring a new wave-based Infernal Hordes, this season is packed with demons to slay, and rewards to gain. For the first time ever, this new feature will be available in both Realms, through a Seasonal Questline on the Seasonal Realm, and a brief new Questline on the Eternal Realm. Hellbreach dungeons will also be available exclusively to the Seasonal Realm, as an introduction, before diving into Infernal Hordes along with Seasonal Progression and the Season Journey. Today community director Adam Fletcher, lead seasons designer Daniel Tanguay, and lead live class designer Adam Jackson sat down to discuss the upcoming Season 5 Public Test Realm (PTR) and share details on some of the new features including a new game mode, new quest line, quality of life updates, and much more. Similar to Season 4: Loot Reborn, this PTR is meant for players to test the updates and features before the launch of Season 5, with the official announcement of the Season coming later. In it they discussed how Affixes, item stats, the Codex of Power, and new in-game systems will change the way you slay and loot in the Seasonal and Eternal Realms.
