The latest free post-launch content update for EA Originals and KOEI TECMO’s AAA hunting game, WILD HEARTS, is now live! Introducing a new breed of Volatile Kemono – the Deathhaze Gloombeak – hunters must face the fowl-inspired beast before its toxins take over and destroy Akikure Canyon. After a successful battle, hunters will not only receive the glorious title of Deathhaze Exorciser, but will also unlock a new Toxic Shock talisman skill to damage the health of poisoned Kemono. The update also brings Serial Hunts, a new special quest for players to hunt a series of Kemono within a set time period without the ability to draw from healing water wells. Hunters can earn rewards and unlock new chat stamps and emotes from each winning round, or risk receiving nothing at all if they fail at any stage of the quest. EA Originals and KOEI TECMO revealed that the first April post-launch content update for its AAA hunting game, WILD HEARTS, is set to go live on April 6 PT. Introducing an entirely new Kemono species, the wind-wielding Murakumo, players will encounter this fox-type threat as spring is sprung in Azuma. The mighty Murakumo courses through the air on sakura blossom platforms and has the ability to create a multitude of menacing, petal-manipulating attacks. If players get too close, the vulpine beast’s thunderous tornado could leave them unconscious. Hunters can fight against this beast with the new Spinning Top Fusion Karakuri. Gaining speed and power as it hits each obstacle, the Spinning Top closes in to deliver an effective assault and can even stagger an attacking Kemono. EA Originals and KOEI TECMO’s second free post-launch content update for WILD HEARTS is now live! Introducing a steeped-in-mystery Kemono subspecies, the wolf-type Grimstalker, players will encounter this new threat on the Natsukodachi Isle. Kin to the fearsome Deathstalker, the mighty Grimstalker has the ability to manipulate both searing flames and surging seas. With attacks spanning two elements, hunters will want to use Elemental Lanterns to help combat this unique prey’s molten rocks and powerful waves. Hunters can also now forge new weapons from Grimstalker materials – some capable of blows that rend heaven and earth asundar, the others combining Kemono brawn with human brains to make formidable weapons. This update also features the new Fulgent Armor set, in addition to three new special quests that earn players new Chat Stamps and Emotes for each victory. EA Originals and KOEI TECMO have unveiled a new trailer for their AAA hunting game, WILD HEARTS, offering players a look at Minato, the central village of Azuma and players’ home base. The new trailer introduces players to some of Minato’s most important villagers, allies who will prove to be crucial in their journey to triumph over Kemono that rampage the city’s landscape and threaten their homes. As players defeat these Kemono, the fearsome creatures will give up their Celestial Thread so hunters can weave them together for their own purposes – and with the help of the ancient Karakuri technology, protect the village and people of Minato from catastrophe. The Monogatari Episode 1 sheds light on the game’s unique Karakuri system, sophisticated mechanisms crafted from a lost, ancient technology; designed to be diverse and multi-functional, Karakuri give players the upper hand in battle, as well as when gathering resources and traveling across hunting grounds.
