Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe announced TEKKEN 8 Season 3 along with unveiling new upcoming characters during the TEKKEN WORLD TOUR FINALS 2025,: Kunimitsu, Bob, and Roger Jr. In addition, DRX | LowHigh was crowned TEKKEN WORLD TOUR FINALS 2025 Champion following an intense competition held in Malmö, Sweden. Starting in March 2026, TEKKEN 8 Season 3 will commence, introducing a series of balance adjustments aimed at further refining the gameplay experience, alongside a rank reset. The Season 3 Pass will be available for purchase starting on 10 February 2026, with Kunimitsu, the first Season 3 character, arriving in Late Spring 2026. Heihachi Mishima makes his return to TEKKEN 8 pushing the game’s roster to 35 characters. He is the third DLC of the Season Pass 1, joining Eddy and Lidia. The King of Iron Fist, seemingly dead at the end of TEKKEN 7 has managed to cheat death and is back with an evolved style, learned thanks to his time with the Tekken monks. TEKKEN 8 revealed its roadmap for the months to come, which includes battle adjustments, free additions and second DLC character, Lidia Sobieski. Starting this spring, battle adjustments will be made as the development team continues to work on improving the balance of the game as well as the player experience. This summer, the first free updates will be out, including the release of a new stage, the Seaside Resort, and introducing the Photo Mode.
