If I noticed that something was drawing too much bandwidth, a quick tap in the app and the Quality of Service option redirected bandwidth to keep online gameplay as smooth as possible.

Parental controls and guest networks make controlling access as simple as pushing a button. Instead of awkwardly trying to tweak settings through a PC, you can instantly block certain sites, restrict apps, set internet schedules, and offer password-free access right from your phone.

AiMesh and Instant Guard really stood out as key features. AiMesh lets you link any ASUS networking device with other ASUS routers to create a seamless mesh network across your whole home. The app makes it as simple as adding another device without a complex setup.

Instant Guard, on the other hand, is great for keeping your devices secure. With one tap, it sets up a secure VPN connection back to your home router, so you’re always protected, even when using public WiFi.

At the end of the day, the ASUS Router App takes what used to be one of the most frustrating parts of home networking and makes it genuinely simple. Pairing it with the RT-AX52 shows just how easy setup, management, and security can be.
