Today, Battlefield 6 and Battlefield REDSEC received their latest Season 2 update with Nightfall, bringing with it a new limited-time mode, the Hagental Base map, new weapons, and the dirt bike vehicle.

Darkness descends on Battlefield with a new way to play the game. This includes a remix of Hagental Base, with the map transformed with blacked-out corridors presenting excellent opportunities to outflank and outsmart your opponents, using darkness as a weapon.

Players will have access to Night Vision Goggles in their loadout to help even the odds, empowering squads with unparalleled pathways to victory with stealth combat fantasy. Nightfall will also be coming to REDSEC with a Gauntlet playlist. Read more about the darkness modifiers here.

New weapons include the CZ3A1 SMG and the VZ. 61 sidearm.
