Big things are in store for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4, set to launch on 23 October. Alongside Campaign and Multiplayer, Infinity Ward is introducing the franchise’s definitive extraction shooter: DMZ.

Set in the massive Hajin Exclusion Zone, players will deploy solo or in squads into an ever-changing world shaped by rival Operators, dynamic weather, evolving objectives, and increasingly dangerous enemy forces.

DMZ combines story-driven missions, side operations, looting and crafting systems, a player-driven Bounty system, and a deep progression system, all built for replayability. Whether players are hunting high-value targets, searching for rare gear, or simply trying to make it out alive, every deployment offers a different path through Hajin.
