A limited-time game mode, ‘Fresh Start Worlds,’ is going live soon to celebrate the 300 millionth account creation and the fact that RuneScape has been around for over twenty years. All you have to do is create a new character, progress through the new server option to earn rewards, and transfer all your progress to the main game whenever you desire.
Are you after late-game content but do not have the means to do so? Does grinding ruin your RuneScape experience? If you want a shortcut to help you reach in-game goals, this is your lucky day; many sites offer the best RS3 services. So don’t miss the chance to try out this new expansion without anything slowing you down!
What is RS3 Fresh Start Worlds?
As mentioned above, it is a new game mode and the dates for Fresh Start Worlds are September 12th, 2022, through January 9th, 2023. It requires a new, never-before-played account and a membership subscription because it is hosted on a different set of servers than regular worlds. In Fresh Start Worlds, Ironman Mode is disabled.
New players who sign up and play will receive the Luma Wolf Pet as a welcome gift. Some of the features of Fresh Start Worlds are increased experience rates, in-game buffs, a unique Grand Exchange economy, and the ability to transfer event rewards to a different account.
Unfortunately, once characters are moved to the regular game from the Fresh Start Worlds event, they cannot return to that event. Without further ado, let’s jump into what the Fresh Start Worlds will introduce to RS3:
Leveling boost
Gaining experience is a breeze thanks to the XP Boosts and buffs done to gameplay overall. The XP will gradually rise throughout the event, reaching a peak around the eighth week, before beginning to fall back to normal as the event winds down. It will peak at 3XP and 4XP for skills up to level 70. In addition, all accounts will gradually gain access to the event’s bonuses, including loyalty auras, accuracy, double yield chance boosts, and a 20% increased chance for double drops.
Challenger Halo & other interesting challenges
New Skill Capes, skilling pets with their Gold Challenger Halo, and many other rewards await you in Fresh Start Worlds. Participants in the first eight weeks’ race for World Firsts and
HiScores will be eligible to receive a unique, tradable Challenger Halo by achieving the top 100 in each skill. In addition, players who get the world’s first broadcast in the categories below will receive the Halo immediately:
- First to 99 in each skill.
- First to 120 in each skill.
- First to Quest Cape.
- First to Max Cape.
Halo of Returning
You will receive the Halo of Returning when you reach eight milestones in any of the Fresh Start World areas. This HaloHalo is tradeable as well! The following milestones also count towards obtaining the Halo of Returning:
- Every 50 Quest Points.
- Every 500 total levels you reach.
- Every 2,000 RuneScore.
Progress points & rewards
Progress Points serve as the primary form of currency in Fresh Start Worlds. The following actions will earn you these points:
- Completing Quests.
- Leveling Skills.
- Completing Achievements.
You can calculate your RuneScore by multiplying your total level by 5, your total quest points by 25, and your RuneScore by the sum of these two numbers.
- Total Levels x5.
- Total Quest Points x25.
- Total RuneScore.
Players can redeem their points in a Progression Shop for various rewards depending on where they are in the game’s progression system. Most of these rewards can be traded only once, but they can be transferred to your main account or sold once the event has concluded.
Every account participating in Fresh Start Worlds will be eligible for Timeline bonuses (Auras, unique buffs, XP boost, and other forms of boosts), which will be released throughout the season. However, you will not be able to get them with Progress Points, and they will not be carried over to the main game.
