Pop culture enthusiasts will be swept into a world of excitement and discovery, with a stellar guest roster and exclusive content set to be unveiled over the coming weeks.

The first wave of guest announcements kicks off with three legendary names from screens of all sizes, who will be joining us in Adelaide and Melbourne to engage with fans and share their unforgettable stories. First up is the incomparable Catherine Tate, best known for her iconic role as Donna Noble in Doctor Who and her comedic work in The Catherine Tate Show and The Office. Next, we welcome the immensely talented Giancarlo Esposito, whose unforgettable performances as Gus Fring in Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul, Moff Gideon in The Mandalorian, Stan Edgar in The Boys, and more recently, Sidewinder in Captain America: Brave New World, have captivated audiences worldwide. Rounding out the trio is Brandon Rogers, the multi-faceted comedian, YouTube sensation and actor whose unique brand of humor has propelled him to the forefront of the animation world, where he not only writes for Helluva Boss, but also voices the character of Blitzø.

Now shifting gears to the world of webcomics, Oz Comic-Con is thrilled to welcome Cyanide & Happiness to Australia for the very first time. Fans will have the chance to meet the creative minds behind the webcomic and animated series: Co-Creators Rob DenBleyker and Kris Wilson, alongside Producer and Head of Creative, Adam Nusrallah. The trio will be signing and creating custom sketches all weekend long.

For cosplay enthusiasts, there is an opportunity to enter one of the most prestigious cosplay contests in Australia, the Oz Comic-Con Championships of Cosplay, which highlights the immense talent and craftsmanship from every stretch of the country. Entrants will be given a chance to join Oz Comic-Con’s Hall of Fame, which currently includes previous champions such as TC Cosplays and Animamma Cosplay, AND take home a cash prize of $1500 for each state Champion.

With all the cornerstones that define Oz Comic-Con, attendees will enjoy a vibrant show floor with Artist Alley, Gaming Zones and various stages for panels, workshops and community engagement.
