First and foremost, let it be known I am not a gambler, so Drug Dealer Simulator 2: Casino DLC was going to be a hard sell to me from the get-go. Nonetheless, I entered into the world of drug-making and dealing with an open mind. As for my take on it, I’m unimpressed, but don’t let that deter you. Just because it isn’t for me, it doesn’t mean it isn’t for you.
Drug Dealer Simulator 2: Casino DLC has added a new spot on the map nestled in the middle of the Isla Sombra islands. An old, abandoned oil rig has been converted into a casino, “The Wallet Drainer Casino”, and it could not have come with a more fitting name. Except for maybe “The Bank That Keeps Your Money”.
Reaching the casino is as simple as either using your boat or speaking with one of the helpful people willing to taxi you to the casino for a price. They are easily identifiable with the casino’s name on the side of the boat in bright neon colours.
Once there, it isn’t all that exciting because it’s an abandoned oil rig. It has everything you would expect: metal ladders, stairs, gantries, and various buildings built for practicality, not aesthetics or comfort. On the exterior of the multi-level building are some neon signs, and this is where you will find the casino within.

Inside, again, is exactly what you would expect to see in a backwater, off-the-books casino: dark and dingy lighting with a smoky haze, scantily clad women, and dealers with friendly smiles, while music and sound effects keep you distracted, making it difficult to remember what time it is. Everything is designed to relieve you of your hard-earned money. Drug Dealer Simulator 2: Casino DLC has perfectly captured the feel of a nefarious operation.
There are five casino games you can play: Texas Hold’em, All in Poker, Blackjack, Roulette, and Slots. Each game offers low, medium, and high stakes, allowing you to gamble at a level that suits your funds. Like any casino, you must convert your money into chips, which is 100:1. After playing all the games except Texas Hold’em, I felt as though the games cheated more than a real-life casino.
It felt more algorithmic than luck. When you win, you will also be rewarded with golden chips, but more on that shortly, because I felt the variety of casino games was lacking. For example, the slots room has what appears to be over 50 machines, but they’re all the same.

Touching back on Texas Hold’em, this game is a four-player game, which is why I didn’t get to play it, but with that said, Drug Dealer Simulator 2: Casino DLC has added a four-player co-op. So now, even more of your friends can join in on building your empire.
Drug Dealer Simulator 2: Casino DLC has also added a new questline and shop items, so it’s not just the new location added. This allows the player to expand their empire by introducing the casino and providing a place to spend those golden chips. At the casino, you will find the golden chip exchange at the main entrance; here, you can purchase furniture, clothing, and a boat.
If you enjoy Drug Dealer Simulator 2, Drug Dealer Simulator 2: Casino DLC offers more of the same, but now with a gambling factor. It honestly feels like picking low-hanging fruit, making it uninspiring. As mentioned in the beginning, this was not for me, and my mind has not been changed. However, I respect what Drug Dealer Simulator 2: Casino DLC has offered, and it is a competent product with further available growth for those enjoying the franchise.

The Good
- New items
- New quests
- Four-player Co-Op
The Bad
- Uninspiring
- Lacking variety in casino games
- Casino feels like it cheats more than a real casino
